Incredibly intelligent, fantastically creative, and ridiculously open-armed, that is WordPress and its community. I recently attended WordCamp San Francisco and was exposed to this unique group of people.
WordPress is an open source blogging tool that is quickly making its way into the CMS world. One could argue that it already has:
FACT: “92% of WordPress users are using WordPress as a CMS”
FACT: “Of every 100 domains created in the U.S., 22 of them are running WordPress”
FACT: “WordPress is now being used by 14.7% of all websites in the world”
